Payment
We accept wire transfers as well as major credit cards. As soon as the your reservation is confirmed and approved we send you an invoice with payment details

Wire Transfers
Bank wire transfers need to arrive 5 working days term after your reservation has been made.

Credit Cards
We honor American Express, Visa and Master Card. Credit cards are charged within 1 working day after we receive the order form. We charge your credit card within 1 business day of the reservation date.

Deposits and Payment of Balances
A deposit of Ang 250,00 per reservation (max 5 persons) is required at time of booking, unless otherwise specified. The balance must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure.
Bookings made within 45 days of departure must be paid in full at the time the booking is made.

Service Charges
Airline tickets for Aruba, the Netherlands Antilles and Venezuela: Ang. 10/Ticket
Airline tickets to all other destinations: Ang. 20/Ticket
Groups of 15 persons or more: Ang. 75/ Group

Reconfirmations: Ang. 5/booking
Reissued Tickets: Ang. 20/ticket
Ticket refunds: Ang. 50/ticket (plus any courier or expediting charges)
PTAs (Prepaid Ticket Advices): Ang. 20/booking
Cruise Bookings: Ang. 50/ Cabin

Two changes or more in tour, hotel and/ or cruise reservation: Ang. 25/change
Credit Card fee (for supplier that does not honor credit cards): 5%

Changes to our Rates and Charges
Bonaire Travel may cancel, modify or alter any of its services and rates as needed without notice. We cannot be held responsible for any changes that take place.
All fares, schedules, itineraries are subject to change without notice at any time.

Deposits
Deposits on KLM Tickets
Refundable when ticket is issued Ang. 50/ticket

Deposits on Groups over 15 persons Ang. 25/person

Taxes
The 5% Sales Tax (O.B.) is not charged on tickets or service charges.

Cancellations & Refunds
All refunds are subject to a cancellation charge per person. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation charge will be in addition to any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, car-rentals, tour-operators or other suppliers.

The cancellation period for many packages may require that any cancellations be made as much as 60 days before the departure date. We will provide you with detailed deposit and cancellation terms and information upon booking.

Liability
Bonaire Travel is not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of injury, accident, death, loss, damages, or delay of baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, distress, disappointment or frustration, whether physical, mental or otherwise. We recommend you purchase cancellation and trip insurance BEFORE any trip.

Revision & Changes
There will be no charge for an initial revision, except for long distance calls and/or faxes. Each additional revision will be charged Ang 35,00 per booking.

Baggage
Most airlines limit passengers to two suitcases and one piece of hand luggage per person and a 30 Kg combined total weight limit. Check with us in your case.
Please be aware that these policies may vary from country to country and by airplane type.

Hotel Rooms
All accommodations are offered as described by the lodging supplier and are offered on a ROH (Run Of the House) unless otherwise confirmed. If ROH accommodations are booked with special requests, we will inform and request the lodging supplier. Please be aware that this does not constitute a guarantee by Bonaire Travel or its lodging suppliers. Rollaway beds may be available and should be requested at time of booking.

Many hotels offer rooms especially modified or equipped to meet the needs of physically challenged travelers. The interpretation of rooms, bathrooms, facilities and public areas being suitable for the handicapped are at the discretion of individual properties. Bonaire Travel will transmit any special requests to its travel suppliers; however, there is no implied guarantee by Bonaire Travel or its travel suppliers.

Package Exclusions
Unless otherwise specified, packages generally do not include portage at hotels and airports, tips or any personal items or items or services not specified. Check the terms of the package to determine what is included.

Refunds for Unused Hotel Nights
Unused hotel nights are refundable only if they cover a minimum of two consecutive nights and only to the extent of the refund we receive from the hotel, after deducting cancellation charges from the hotel. To get a refund for unused hotel nights, we request that you provide us written proof from the hotel that the night or nights in question were not used and are refundable. A checkout bill from the hotel may be acceptable. Requests for refunds need to be investigated and may take a few days to resolve. We only accept claims for reservations made through Bonaire Travel and no later than 30 days after the trip has ended. We cannot refund or adjust for any changes, cancellations or modifications of services provided, if the tour participant makes the changes during the tour.

Proof of Citizenship and Entry Visa Requirements
It is your responsibility to obtain the proper documentation for international travel. These may include a passport, visas, etc. Please make sure you have valid documentation, passport and visas as required for your itinerary. All passengers including children are required to carry some sort of official photo identification. Consult your travel agent for documentation requirements for your destination.
No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in being denied boarding or entry. Proper documentation such as passport, visa etc is the sole responsibility of the passenger. Bonaire Travel cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from improper documentation.

Changes to offers, schedule
Bonaire Travel may cancel, modify or alter any of its services and rates as needed without notice. We cannot be held responsible for any changes that take place.

Medical & Special Requirements
Travelers should consult their travel agent for travel documentation and disclosure requirements and their physician for any applicable Health considerations and medical requirements.

Visas and Travel Documents
Travelers should also consult their country's local consulate or embassy within the destination country for any special requirements. Visa requirements should be Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and information pertaining to laws and customs of their destination. Bonaire Travel is not responsible for any charges; fees or penalties that subsequently may be imposed by any government agency or for charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
