Rosaria is the newest additon to our staff and brings to our company
over 8 years experience in reservations and ticketing. Her work experience
includes working at Flamingo Airport's ticket office from 1993 through 2002
and also assisted at KLM and ALM's freight department since 1998. Ludsilla's
certifications include the GETS/ Gabriel Reservations system - used by DCA/Air
ALM (1994), BABS - used by Air Jamaica (1997), and a Dangerous Goods Course
